There seem to be certain skin types that expect more from life. For example, combination skin: pores in
the T zone can get clogged out of nowhere while the skin on the cheeks remains dry and tight. Or mature
skin which does have wrinkles, but from time to time it can break out with “surprises” and show
discoloration. And acne skin, which you need to help cleanse itself but you also need to handle it with
great care. Hmm, actually every skin type needs both gentle and definitive action.
The Liquid Balance serum is there to nourish the complexion but not to overload it. It can soothe anxiety
caused by irritation, abrasion, acne. It will moisturize the skin well and keep it hydrated. It provides the
ingredients that are important for brightening the complexion and unclogging skin pores, as well as for
preventing signs of aging.
What’s inside?
Wild rosehip oil – despite its oily nature, it works well on acne-prone skin or clogged pores. This is
because it contains a plenty of linoleic acid (an unsaturated fatty acid). Skin prone to clogging usually
lacks it. This celebrity of an acid dilutes sebum and reduces its retention in the pores. It helps shrink and
unclog them. But that’s not everything! This unrefined, ruby-colored oil is also rich in natural vitamin A.
It is responsible for its phenomenal ability to support skin regeneration. It helps the skin recover after
winter dryness, challenging outdoor expeditions, exfoliating treatments, or simply after scrubs too strong.
The goodness of vitamin A is justifiably appreciated in the fight against signs of aging and inflammation
in acne. When it comes to rosehip oil, we could praise it for a long time and it deserves it.
Niacinamide – one of the forms of vitamin B3, which is very well absorbed by the skin. Used regularly, it
makes the skin retain moisture better and makes it less sensitive to external factors. It soothes irritation,
promotes regeneration, is anti-inflammatory – a real talent. But that’s not everything! In higher
concentrations, it really shows what it can do. It can reduce discoloration and sebum production! Our
serum contains as much as 2% of this ingredient, so it can smoothen and protect your skin as well as keep
sebum production under control.
Urea – a moisturizing ingredient, naturally produced by our skin. It doesn’t clog pores in the least. It helps
retain water in the epidermis, smoothes and softens the skin. Don’t worry, despite the ungrateful name,
urea has nothing to do with urine;).
Vitamin E – rightfully called the vitamin of youth. It protects the skin (interestingly, also the product
itself!) against oxidants, i.e. deterioration and aging.
Tea tree essential oil – one of the most active antibacterial ingredients found in plants. It limits the
development of microorganisms. Bacteria do not become immune to its action, unlike the case with
antibiotics. Thanks to this, it will speed up the break up between your skin and the pimples.
Lactic acid – this little bit that we added to the serum makes the pH of the product similar to the pH of the
skin.
The serum is preserved with natural oils and their derivatives. It contains no parabens, dyes, artificial
fragrances, or other stuff that should definitely not be included in a product that a health-conscious person
pats into their face.
