Clay with a light bronzing effect? Yes, that’s the red one! Getting a healthy, joyful skin tone has never been easier.
Red clay is rich in potassium, iron, calcium and sodium. It’s suitable for sensitive, acne-prone skin and capillaries. It effectively reduces the appearance of the so-called spider veins, while regulating the production of sebum. When used as a face and body mask, it will help absorb excess oil and remove toxins while simultaneously boosting the skin’s circulation, leaving skin feeling fresher and softer. As an added benefit, when used regularly, it will provide your skin with a lightly bronze, tanned tone.
How to use:
Clay comes in the form of dry powder, so you only use as much as you really need and you don’t have to worry that the rest will dry out or lose its properties.
Mix the clay with water (preferably boiled) to get a thick paste.
Apply it thickly on your face and leave for 15 minutes (if the clay starts to get dry before the time runs out, spray it with water or apply a wet compress)
Wash off with water
Clay is best used 2-3 times a week, depending on the reaction of your own skin.
Tip! You can add 1-2 drops of 100% essential oil to the mixture.
